We started our business hauling a 10×10’ tent and freezer full of our sumptuous chocolate-dipped cheesecake slices to various events in and around the Durham, North Carolina area, and have since expanded our business to food trucks and online orders. We have our cheesecake recipe perfected so that each slice will stay intact while still being delicate and delectable. We dip our cheesecake in chocolate and top it with a variety of coating options.
