Cocoa Forte™ is a family business owned and operated by husband and wife, Freddie & Nicole. We are the original idealists behind the various flavored combinations of our chocolate-dipped cheesecake with crushed toppings!
Our business started as a hobby back in 2011. We spent our days and weekends hauling a 10×10’ tent and freezers filled with frozen cheesecakes to events and festivals all over the state of North Carolina. For years, we worked to provide tasty treats to happy customers who were thrilled to have something sweet they could eat on the go. These days, we now have two dessert food trucks and serve clients at events throughout the Raleigh, North Carolina area. We offer delivery and catering options, as well as franchise opportunities.
